It was a quick visit and Ashley kept me informed on what was going on with my vehicle. Seating area was super comfortable, WiFi was accessible to do some work on my laptop.

I came in to purchase a key fob and have it programmed. No one told me that the key shank does not come with the $200 fob, not the parts department or the service advisor.
The service department did remove a nail from one tire, I believe I would have made sure the air in all tires were set to the proper psi. They also completed work on a recall that I was not aware of.
Still the visit was 2.5 hours, too long!
