So Sarah Massanou made sure to stay fully transparent on my car and its diagnostics, the estimated repair time, what the Warranty company agreed to and why as to what they said no to covering, as well as took care of the Loaner car costs. She also made sure the loaner was LUXURIOUS and newer than mine even though all o asked was an A to B loaner while Hercules(my car) was in the shop. I may be mistaken but I believed the windshield wiper fluids were to be topped off as part of the service.
I asked the tires all be inflated to 34 lbs. They were at 32 lbs.

The technician broke the door latch while replacing the broken rear passenger window on Friday. After being promised a Saturday repair return we finally get the truck back on Wednesday. Very frustrating especially over the Labor Day weekend when we had plans with the truck.
