I did not receive a multi point inspection. I got a call saying my car is ready for pickup and to come inside as they want to speak with me about issues they found. I was there in 15 minutes and was told they left for the day. So I don’t know what’s wrong with my car. I also did not receive any videos.

I laid in full oludv$3 that wasn’t explained to me. When turning on my music and apple play someone else had entered and I had to sign in as a quest. Now I will need to reprogram the entire thing. My check in at 9:25 intubated my vehicle would be fine by 10:30. At 11:00 I went to ask what was happening. They told me tire changes take longer. Why didn’t they tell me that when I checked in. I obviously had a Honda and my car was washed after each service. Toyota died my even clean the car. I had asked about some stains along the lower outside of doors that won’t wash off and I believe it might be from the anti rust application I had at purchase. I was told they can’t do anything about it and to go to another area if the dealership. All in all, there is little service in your service department and more let’s blame the customer. This is my first post purchase visit snd my second service visit counting at purchase. Both are sorely lacking. I should have bought another Honda.
