Brought in truck at 9AM for three things; tire changeover, oil change, and asked to look at disconnected TPMS sensor. Was told mid day they were behind and could I leave my vehicle overnight, which I said yes to. Got a call the following morning that my vehicle was ready with no further information. When I picked up the vehicle I found the TPMS was still not fixed, and I was charged $30 for the diagnostic without even being given the opportunity to get it fixed while they had the tires off. Did not want to have to bring it back again to get it fixed and pay additional labor to take the tires off again to fix the sensor. Also, I already knew it was not working, so why am I having to pay $30 for someone to tell me “yep, it’s not working.” Service rep said he understood offered to comp the labor which I appreciated, but when I asked how much the part was, the price was ridiculous for a single sensor. He asked what year my truck was - it’s a 2021 that I bought brand new from Heritage, and you guys are the only ones who have ever worked on it, and now I’d have to make a whole other appointment to get this fixed. Im curious if the part is covered by warranty at all. Rep said he would look into it further to see what they could do for me, but I have yet to hear back.

The team accidentally lost my keys, which were found in another car. This extended my stay there to 4 hours for a 25000 mile service and to have my tires swapped from winter to all season. The service department did compensate me for my extra time spent my not charging me for the tire change and new air filter that I needed. So, in the end, all is well.
