I appreciate your employees because they are very nice, friendly, and supportive. After a 3 hour plus time, they were able to get my 2nd key fob. Apparently Toyota made the mistake of “turning off” my main computer in my Venza. Corporate Toyota, pay attention to what your franchise has found…give your employees/franchise “kudos”…Maybe a bonus for all.

Nick was great. I am not real satisfied that Toyota would not compensate some of the air bag issue with my vehicle. It is only 8 yrs old and have never even used the air bags in the car. Called the Toyota main number with no positive outcome.the part is $1,000.
