Ken was fantastic, however, I didn’t find out till late in the day that my service wouldn’t be completed and the car needed to stay. Then I found out later that main point of the service (broken door cable) couldn’t be completed because the cable was not in stock. That seems like a major oops. This inexpensive small item I would think would always be stocked. Not having a working door in a mini van is a major struggle with small children. Which most mini van owners have. It is routine to have issues with my service at Heritage and each time amazingly it is something different.

No need to contact me. I choose to take my car to the dealership for service over the local guy for the thoroughness and attention to detail. It appears to be variable based on which mechanic you get. Last time was astounding, this time they didn’t bother to air up the tires, rotate them which I thought was part of my service) but I may very well forgot to ask/pay for it. Last time the mechanic lubed the door hinges and a bunch of other stuff. None of that is the end of world but at least the tires should have been filled. No big deal, like i said. Autoshine made the outside look great, but for 120 bucks I kind of hoped they would have cleaned the dirt out of the wheel wells. Not looking to make a stink, no need to call me. The service advisor, the rental guy both were great,.

Here's the chronology:
10:00 am I check in for my "one hour or so" inspection/etc. Told the agent I had an 11:30 commitment downtown - "No problem."
11:10 am I checked on progress and was told "We're running a bit late - let me check." Nothing had been done yet!
11:15 am My truck was returned to me. Fortunately, Frank W was very helpful, promising me to fit me in later.
1:45 pm I returned for my 2:00 "re-appointment" and Frank greeted me, remembering the whole scene (Frank was the only bright spot of the whole experience)
3:10 pm Everything completed.
In sum, Hey, you gotta figure out your scheduling a whole lot better. Two hours and 45 minutes for an inspection and check up????
I'm very disappointed with Heritage.
