I made the appointment last week to get my car taken care of today. I asked at the time how long it would take and they said an hour. My husband called to make the appointment and verify the appointment and they also told him an hour. He was there for almost 4 hours today. It was a big waste of time for him and we would’ve done things differently. Had he known or had I known. I think that was fairly problematic.

Upon meeting Caleb I found him to be polite, friendly and professional. He explained in detail what to expect at this vehicle appointment and he even went through the steps to show me how to reset the “Maintenance Required” notification. I dropped the car on Thu 7:30am then left to work (wife dropped me)
I called around noon tbey told me car did not go in yet
Then you guys called around 4:30pm informing me job was not finished and I need to leave car overnight ( difficult because I had to operate only with one car between my wife and I)
This am I passed by heritage on my way to drop my wife to work, I actually saw the landcruiser in the parking lot by service )
I dropped my wife then heritage called informed me car was ready aroun 9am… if I would of known it would of saved me some time between my wife and I…
Feedback :
Only a quick call /text/email would of saved me about 2 h of traveling
