I will begin with how I love your product and have bought Toyota trucks and only at this dealership since 1984. Having said that I have nothing to compare your service with after the sale. I’ve always done all my service and any replace work I was able to. I’m having the work done on my tundra because your technician did something to cause my bad transmission leaking coolant line to gush out and now I can’t even get it home to fix. Ken has been working on this whole scenario of repair or trade in dilemma between myself and Toyota service. He is the only reason why I’m having your service department work on my tundra. All my bitching about Toyota service was met with very professional response and understanding with my feelings. He took his Toyota licks and never wavered out of the courteous understanding and what he could do for me. He is as we speak trying to get my truck fixed by tomorrow for me. I took his sincerity as real knowing the control he doesn’t have over the repair process. A breath of fresh air and I hope he can make a difference in satisfying this customer. You need more like Ken. He made a difference with this old complainer!

Thanks for pointing out that the tread depth on the five summer tires that I was going to have put on (4 of the 5) was marginal, or to low. Buying four new all season tires now and installing those instead was a wise decision- even though I might have not much left in my wallet at this time. The tread depth of those new tires is deeper than the tread depth of the winter tires that were taken off. I'll also do my best to avoid most of Vermont's back roads for the next six weeks (mud galore no doubt). Keep the car on the pavement too avoid possible problems. AAA

Caleb was excellent. Very professional and helpful. I would like for him to be my service contact in the future! I would mention that your " multipoint inspection" form needs updating. The section on "rear drum brakes" is nonsense. I haven't owned a Toyota with drum brakes in 30 years!
