Wasted time. We wanted answers to specific questions but instead doesn’t 2 hours waiting for the 24 point inspection that was overboard. Did not feel like a valued customer. Much worse since last time we were there. The price is outrageous and had I known I would have gone elsewhere.
The real slap in the face came when we picked up the car and there was a front seat full of mouse dormouse droppings along with the floor. The damn technician could have at least cleaned his mess up. That is absolutely not okay.

Admin was great! Service was prompt and courteous. Admin took the time to explain what was wrong with the car and the best options for repair. He explained how Toyotas are more dependable than some other brands like BMW. I saw a lot of friendly faces. Employees seem to genuinely like working there. I even saw one of my old advisor who works in the back now. Heritage makes car repair a lot easier and yes sometimes fun.
