It was very nice to get my 15000 mile check added on so I didn’t have to make another appointment. I’ve never had any service on a car that came anywhere near as good as today’s.

Admir was great and has always been very helpful and accommodating. Overall service is not good. On at least 3 different occasions I have brought my vehicle in for warranty work to where parts have needed to be ordered. Service has not contacted me when parts have arrived to schedule an appointment and eventually the parts get sent back further delaying required service; not knowing why, or thinking possibly the parts may be back ordered (never been the case), I am always forced to call-and follow up to reschedule . I have also scheduled appointments with Admir but the system doesn’t acknowledge it and do not receive an email confirmation. The last time I brought my vehicle in for service(recently) the back window was left open overnight during a snowstorm for maintenance. Apparently the vehicle was parked in such a way as that an inch of snow covered the back seat and surrounding area. This leaves me with the perception that if a simple detail of closing a window during fridged winter months is overlooked, how can I be confident with whatever maintenance accomplished has been completed satisfactorily? I dread going to the dealership every time I need to go as it is such an inconvenience, more expensive than other automotive repair stations, and subpar customer service.
