I had an appointment for 7:30 and arrived at that time. At 9:30 I went to see how long it would be and they didn’t have me in the system. Apparently the attendant didn’t complete the check-in process for me. They did put a rush and have me out at 10 but was not pleased waited for 2 hours for nothing.

My vehicle came in with some identified maintenance on it and while it was there an alternator issue was presented to me, and no a cluster in the computer is not working. This system was working when the vehicle came in . I’m waiting to hear from Frank in the morning.
