There was a couple of hiccups with the truck not being done on the day that it came in as it was supposed to have been but Kai did a great job making sure everything was done and ready for pickup. I appreciate his customer service skills. As well as him making sure that the vehicle was ready to go when I pulled in the door yard to pick it up on a very crappy snowy night being a farmer that was super helpful to have everything ready so I didn't have to sit there and wait.
