Yes I was more than satisfied with the service advisor, Nicholas Ledo. He kept me informed constantly. And was a very pleasant and knowledgeable person. He couldn’t have been nicer to me.
However, I was not at all pleased with the service. Which had nothing to do with him. My appointment was for 1030am. My car did not go into the shop until nearly 1230pm. Too long of a wait!!!!

Cost The bill presented to me was way over estimate. No one told me when my car was ready I’ve been sitting for 2 1/2 hours and went out to look around and saw it parked all finished while I was sitting waiting for it. I had to pay more than the estimate, but the price was lord, with no clear reason why I was billed for over $100 more than the estimate. It really felt like your company was taking advantage of an old woman female who probably you thought didn’t know what was going on, I guess I’ll have to find somewhere else to have my car fixed

I am still not sure if my tires were rotated or not. The link on the text you sent me said that they were not, but then the service desk went back and got a paper that had it checked off. So what's with that?
Also the service desk said that my brake pads were at 3 mm which totally freaked me out after only 4300 miles on a new car. However when I listened to the video again that was sent to me by you, and requested, the rear brake pads are 8 mm and the front are 10. I had simply asked about the discrepancy between the rear and the front. And the service desk answer was that it's because it's a front wheel drive vehicle. However it is not, it is all wheel drive.
I would suggest that the service desk ask the mechanic before giving a random answer.
