There was a little miscommunication (probably on my part) so the car got diagnosed but I have to bring it back. I really appreciate the ease and frequency of communication throughout the day. Your staff is amazing.

After leaving my service appointment in which I had new tires mounted, I noticed that not only were all my tires at 42 psi (they should’ve been 32), but the tpms wasn’t recalibrated,so each tire was in the wrong spot on the dashboard monitoring system. After turning around and returning to the dealership, I then had to wait another hour on top of the nearly 3 hours I had already waited, for something that should have already been done. Not very happy.
