Caleb was great. The experience at Toyota now for the second time in a row-- long wait again-- this time to be told the wrong part was ordered...it took nearly 2 hours to tell me that, and now I have to take time off again to come back in and do this all over again. Not happy. One of the reasons I come to Toyota is for the service including the right parts being ordered. I'm scratching my head over my last two experiences with Toyota, not sure what is going on. The wait times have been outrageous. If you are going to make me wait, let me know, and so the job right the first time. 4 hours total spent and nothing has been accomplished. Very disappointed and angry that my time doesn't seem to be valued by Toyota. Lindsey

My information was not correctly taken from my original phone call. Due to someone else with the same name having an account at Heritage and the service advisor thinking that was me and not catching that I called about a different vehicle and had a different phone number there was a delay in getting my service. The service advisor who helped when I brought my vehicle in was very helpful in correcting the situation.

Appointment was made a month in advance. My oil change took 2 hours 10 minutes without any explanation while I waited in the waiting room. When I inquire why so long I was only giving a "we're running a little behind" this make me feel my time is not as valuable as their time. Will not be going back to this service department after being a long time customer more than 6years.

Spending two-and-a-half hours to have my tires rotated and fluids ripped off is completely unacceptable. It wasn’t the fault of the young man who checked me in, it seems there were too many customers and not enough mechanics to meet the demand of the appointments. It was completely aggravating to be told repeatedly that “it should be right out.” When clearly it hadn’t even been put on the lift until 90 minutes after arrival.

I was completely satisfied with Caleb's support! I planned on calling on monito learn why I was charged an unexpected amount for testing my battery before having it replaced as I knew it needed to be. I'm hopeful this charge will be included in the estimate but if not, I will reconsider what I ask for opinions on and the service I engage in ahead and consider other options. What problem are you trying to solve with your new texting system? Because as a customer it has improved NOTHING for me - at all. I have now had two appointments with the new system and it makes me want to flee. Seriously.

They couldn’t find the problem so they blamed it on a cane, child’s booster seat and plastic bags. We removed them and drove 20 miles and back and it still rattles and makes bumping sounds. We would think after spending $50,000 it would be sound proof. My 5 year old Camry is tighter and has no rattles. We have been buying Toyotas for years because of the reliability and quietness. We are now having second thoughts. This vehicle does not give us the normal satisfaction of a Toyota.

I called and asked to speak to you service manager have yet to hear from them about the placement of right hand front lift arm on the frame it was very close to the inside edge when lift a vehicle I try to center them on the frame this one could have missed the lift point and done damage or slipped off
