I have a rear brake work done, and I’m hearing a slick noise when I’m breaking, I came in for recheck the brake waited for three hours I got reassured as it is a normal occurrence I don’t think it is normal when I have a new brakes done at Toyota.

I asked for it to be washed and was even willing to pay for it- they said they would and when I got it, it was not. They had the truck for 8 hours so it’s not like they didn’t have time. I asked parts if I could get rain guards out on, they said they would have to order them and I would have to come back in a couple of weeks. I live in NY and it is too far and too much gas and a day off work. I had asked when I ordered the truck for rain guards. Still none. Which brings me to the last thing which is I live in NY. By the time they were done and I had filled my truck with gas so I could get back home- I missed the ferry and had to drive way out of my way at night down unfamiliar roads. I was pissed.

I had my 10,000 mile check which is fine and the technician came out and showed me how to darken my screen light . He was very professional. However, I leased this car last February from another dealer and just got my second shot. I I appreciate it took this long because of parts coming from China. but when I get home, I noticed a corner part of the fob was missing. I think it’s where they plug in something to program. It looks like a cover, but now I have to go back to the dealer to straighten out . Luckily, I live nearby.

The weight time was longer than what I was advised and expected over two hours for oil change and tire pressure sensor battery installed. My vehicle was there longer than 2.5 hours in all.
