I was satisfied with my service but this is the only option that allowed me to provide feedback, every time I am in for a state inspection there is stuff all over my windshield where the old sticker was removed and the new one was placed, I recommend it be looked at adding to clean that up before returning the car to the customer, it makes it very hard to see while driving. Thank you

Frank was very helpful with the initial service, and when it turned out a valve stem had a leak, he did a first class job making it right. I was very impressed with his determination to make sure I was satisfied. That turned what could’ve been a bad experience into a good one.

Caleb has been very professional and helpful throughout my experience at Heritage. I have only good things to say about him. Customer service dept in general is great. Unfortunately, technician/service related issues have caused me to look elsewhere for my future toyota service needs. The recent fuel o-ring issue was the third and most inconvenient experience of careless service I have received from Heritage (the first was an open coolant reservoir cap found after timing belt change on my 2005 tundra, the second was a bent fuel door after fuel pump recall on my tacoma). Mistakes and accidents happen, and from previous technician/mechanical roles I totally understand that, but it has become too much of a pattern for me to trust Heritage in the future.

Customer service was very good but the online service or whatever it was was very clunky…and it didn’t have an accurate price on the estimate. I’d rather speak directly with a associate than try to interpret the messages and issues on my phone in the waiting area. The associate I dealt with was very friendly and helpful though.
