Your service department did not notice part of a broken rocker panel dangling 4 inches from body of the right front passenger door. Your service department noticed an oil leak in such a small 1.25 " x0.75" photo and would not have me see first hand in the bay on a lift a leak estimated at $2600. Rather than suggest a conservative tracer inspection your service department escalated the service to several thousand dollars ???? and could not take the time to measure how much oil was "tipped" off to fill what leaked away. Your service department did not know that your collision department does not put a car on a lift to check out a rear bumper bracket that was broken or mis aligned. The lack of information created more time for me to use up so I had no lunch time before my job. Offering options and information would be helpful.
