I was asked to be kept updated with what was truly wrong with my lease and I was not. I had to call in every week and ask what the status was. I also brought my RAV4 in with half a tank of gas and it was returned to me on Empty and I felt that was unacceptable, especially since I had to return the rental vehicle with a full tank. Lastly- I took my car in for my 10k service and my service message is still coming on and I don’t have a next appointment sticker. This is the worst service and most extensive service I’ve ever had to have done at Heritage. I’ve been a Toyota customer for 15 years and Heritage has sadly changed my mind about continuing my loyalty with the brand.

You couldn't find the reason for the loud squeaking sound. I know it was difficult to find because it's intermittent and the sound wasn't there the day you had the car. Everyone I spoke to was very nice.

Arrived 15 minutes early at 12:15 for a 12:30 appointment. Oil change and inspection took over 2:15 hours. I received my car at 2:30pm. That wait time is unacceptable - should have told me up front. I'm assuming it was due to labor shortage.

I sat for an hour and 40 minutes for an inspection and was then told it could not Be inspected due to brakes not passing . It’s a 40 min drive to get to heritage and was told they didn’t have time to fix the brakes and to come back Feb 8 I might add that this car is a 2021 with 50,00 miles. This is the second experience like this at heritage Toyota. Last time I sat for an hour and a half and was told when I finally went to the desk that they forgot my car .
