I believe his name was ray. He spent about. Half hour trying to tie my phone into the raves system. Finally had to contact Toyota to learn that only one phone can have all of the controls I guess that is something new on the 2023s.

Heritage and Toyota have absolutely failed the customer here. There are hundreds of documented issues with the problem I am having. Yet, they still want to push the issue onto the consumer. Largely in part they Heritahe don't want to pay for another head unit. I had a 2017 RAV4 no issues. Most recently a rental 2024 that I have used. ZERO ISSUES with that vehicle. Again it's all my fault. In addition TOYOTA FACTORY REP despite all the hundreds or thousands of documented issues blames my phone. A phone he admits to never having been tested yet. So, because of the failure of TOYOTA engineering and lack of customer service to save money. I am left to deal with a piece of crap head unit. Guaranteed I will never purchase or endorse a Toyota product ever again.
