Isis was very courteous and professional. The service did not find any issue with the car despite it just unexpectedly not starting and 12v battery was dead. I wanted car held over to Monday for further analysis and loaner car provided, but was denied due to "corporate". My concern was prius dying late at night as my wife was trying to get home.
I had to rent a car for weekend to insure her safety. Pretty poor service for a twenty year Heritage customer.

Recall appt with needed parts unavailable. Should have been rescheduled. 4 hrs or more, only to have to return. Short of help should have been rescheduled. When done it sat there until I asked about it. Notified by text only on admission and after I left. Did inspection, without asking, meaning lost a month as done early. Besides my wife, 3 or 4 others all had to wait 4 hours only to have to return later

After nearly 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time, I was told my car was “just going in for service.” I was told at that time there was a shortage of techs onsite. There is no reason that at the time of my arrival (or before via a simple phone call) that I couldn’t be informed to expect a significant delay. This was a very disappointing experience. Though initially I was told all planned service would take approximately 2.5 hours, I ended up waiting about 4 hours and only had half the service done that was planned. Now I have to schedule another service appointment which requires an hour drive. I think Heritage managers need to improve communication with customers, recalibrate work schedules/service times, and add transparency. There was a full lounge of unhappy customers on 1/23/25.

There was no communication through the day about my car. It was not completed when I asked for it to be completed despite dropping it off the night before, and there was no communication about this until after the time I needed it back. Work was recorded as done even though it was not done. Bad experience, once again, at this service department and despite being a long time Toyota owner, I won’t be back to Heritage for service or sales.

The 7:45 AM line outside the bays is crazy. People are under the impression that it's a "first come, first serve" basis. You should clarify to the customer that an appointment is an appointment and it doesn't matter what time you show up, if you have a 8:30 AM appt, your car will be seen at 8:30, even if you are there at 7:30 AM.

Then it took 20 minutes to check out. You failed in every category. I will not be using your services again.
