I had to follow up on the status of my car. I received a prompt reply with a good deal of information, but not the complete picture. We needed to go back & forth with the mechanic before I understood that the car could not be repaired today but that it was safe for me to drive in the meantime. I guess I am satisfied with the result - I have the car in the same condition it was before I brought it in - but I do feel like I have to follow up with folks at Toyota before I understand the full situation.

Didn’t receive any paperwork on multi point inspection. They said that I have a leak on the transfer case but couldn’t get a quote since parts dept was closed. They said someone would call me the next day to explain but I haven’t gotten any response yet. I don’t know if they topped off the fluid or if it’s too low. Nothing at all in my paperwork about the T-case. They said that I could still use 4wd tho after I asked.
