They checked the car, but never fixed it! Now I have to take another day to get the work done. Not sure why I was set up an appointment and they could not fix the problem

Admir was great today. Kept me updated, and communicated well. He ends up being my service writer all the time. He remembered my name this morning at check in. I’m only in a few times a year. Which was nice. When a couple of items needed repairs he checked my warranty and one of them was covered. I would have never remembered I had that warranty. Clearly explained what I needed to fix and the timeline I should do it. Glad he was my service writer.

My apt. For inspection while I waited was at 9:30. I did not leave until 11:45. They did have to check tire pressure but otherwise just inspection. Usually only takes an hour. What took so long?

The service team confirmed that my wireless charger does not work on common phone models. Because it did work on a different phone they tried, they refused to fix the issue. A buyer expects that a wireless charger should work on phones that have wireless charging capabilities, as long as the phones lack major defects.

During the work, the consul had to be removed and apparently, a spare key for my daughter’s car and a chapstick were dropped into the open space and left in there. I need to go back to have that checked out, spending my work time to have this attended to.
Please know, I understand mistakes happen. I am still frustrated by the need to make an hour drive back to the dealership, wait on my car again, and make the drive back home.

177$ when nothing was wrong with the vehicle the malfunction light was off and I told the service professional that I didn’t want to move forward with further evaluations and they did it anyway. Waited 3 hours and had to pay almost 200$. Not a great experience.
