I now have to pay for remote start. I was not notified that I would have to do so, and I have read notes from other Toyota customers that they were not satisfied either. I wwas a happy Toyota customer but will not purchase from Toyota in the future.

This was my first visit to Heritage Toyota, after having taken ownership of a ‘14 RAV-4, back two years ago. It was a very positive experience & service consultant Eldin Muhic was very helpful in arranging a ride for me to get to work after dropping the vehicle off that morning. Strongly encourage that Heritage Toyota re-establish your customer courtesy van. I understand that it got discontinued during the Covid 19 pandemic. This seems a universal accommodation for today’s vehicle dealerships.

The mechanics were unable to fix the problem and still charged an exorbitant amount for work not completed and kept the car an extra day to not fix this so we had to pick it up on Christmas Eve and change our plans.
It would have been better to give car back and then rescheduled to when mechanics had time to fix it instead of doing a hack job.

I was told they would try to get work done on the day of my appt and at 3:00 they still had not taken the car into the shop. That’s not what I was expecting or desiring for my own schedule as I dropped off the car for the day at 9 am
I also didn’t really get resolution on 2 of my issues, yet.
