I was there for an hour to get my son’s truck today after they said it was in collision and I dropped off rental and walked up to find out they didn’t know where it was. They tried calling different people to find out I had to walk back down to service where I just came from because it must be there. To then find out he had the keys but it is up to collision but luckily he went up to get it that time. Just very annoying anytime I go there nobody knows what’s going on or where to go when it should be a fast pickup.
