Admir did a good job of resolving my issue. I asked to have my air pressure checked as it was getting low in cooler temperatures. He assured me it was done as the service record showed it up completed at 36 pressure. I thanked him and left. After 30 minutes the pressure hadn’t changed in my sensor so I returned to see what was going on. Admir expressed that apparently his technician annotated but failed to top off my tires He was not happy with tech(but was very professional). He asked to take car for a ride to see if sensor updated after filling What started off as a 45 minute inspection finished 3 hours later. I arrived at 1245 and finally left about 3:45. Air pressure is fine now but the whole thing would have been avoided if technician had just done his job. Lloyd G

I dropped my vehicle at 8 am and left it for the day so your technician could have plenty of time to diagnose the issue. Later that day, I found out that my vehicle wasn't even given to a technician until late afternoon and he ran out of time trying to diagnose the issue. I was told I would need to bring the vehicle back another day. What a total inconvenience for me and the person that had to pick me up from the service center and then drop me back off. My expectation was that you would look at my vehicle sometime in the morning not late afternoon. I thought I was doing you a favor by bring the vehicle in early and leaving it for the day. If you weren't going to look at the vehicle until late afternoon then you should have told me to drop it off later in the day. I'm pretty frustrated and feel like you've wasted my time.
