I was in a month ago for a VT state inspection and requested my brakes and rotors be looked at because the were pulsing. Which passed inspection! I was told that they didn’t have time and I needed to make an appointment. I made. The appointment to be told that I needed rear brakes and rotors along with some front rotor grinding/cleaning as they are warped. To then be told that hat I needed to make another appointment to have the almost the work done. This is why I made the 2nd appointment, but I was told that service was behind schedule (I was there at 7:30 AM) and they could not fit in the work. The gentleman who checked me in was not very nice/friendly either! Thanks!

The service was fine. I did think it was absurd that a winter tire changeover (I supplied the tires) and a lube oil filter was $200 - $150 in labor
Seems like, for someone who has all my family’s cars serviced at Heritage, it shouldn’t be that extortionate

I was told my car was ready to pick up at 2pm. I said I would be there in half an hour and to please have my car ready. I arrived at 2:30 and was told my car was actually NOT ready yet and then I had to wait for 45 minutes until it was actually ready. When I picked my car up it reeked like some sort of fuel or something. All in all just terrible communication and I felt like my time was highly disrespected. Honestly awful customer service. Why was I told my car was ready and then it took another hour and a half essentially until it was ready? What a huge waste of time on my end. And why? Why say it’s ready when it’s not? Infuriating.
