Charity Streeter was totally professional in managing an error, I give her high marks. But service dept had the wrong tires for my car and took off my summer tires before checking to see that they had the right winter ones. I expect that will be corrected when I return next week.

Admir is always polite. Follow up was great and my car was done on the day it was promised. Only other feedback would be to please lock my car when it is waiting to be picked up. Other than, thanks for making this trip smooth.

When dropping my vehicle off and being told it would be done by 5 pm I asked if it could be done sooner than that he told me if they could and if it was I'd be notified. Well finally I called Toyota to ask about my vehicle and if they had any idea as to when it might be ready They told me oh it's all done. I was like seriously??? No call no text nothing. Also my partner brought my tires in his truck to have put on my car as they wouldn't fit in the car as it was full The guy checking me in seemed irritated about that. Finally gave me a spot where my fiancé could put them When picking up the vehicle he was kind enough to help bring them out to my finances truck Also when I purchased this vehicle two years ago there were things I was not so happy with I did send messages and emails into managers/ owner and never ever have I been contacted about those issues. I love my vehicle but the service of buying and bringing my vehicle there I have to say is not wonderful. Sadly as you would think if someone chooses to do business with you you would want your employees to treat the customers with kindness and respect So that's my take on things Would love to be contacted by someone who actually really cares Thank you Karen Hamilton
