When dropping my vehicle off and being told it would be done by 5 pm
I asked if it could be done sooner than that he told me if they could and if it was I'd be notified. Well finally I called Toyota to ask about my vehicle and if they had any idea as to when it might be ready
They told me oh it's all done. I was like seriously???
No call no text nothing.
Also my partner brought my tires in his truck to have put on my car as they wouldn't fit in the car as it was full
The guy checking me in seemed irritated about that. Finally gave me a spot where my fiancé could put them
When picking up the vehicle he was kind enough to help bring them out to my finances truck
Also when I purchased this vehicle two years ago there were things I was not so happy with
I did send messages and emails into managers/ owner and never ever have I been contacted about those issues. I love my vehicle but the service of buying and bringing my vehicle there I have to say is not wonderful. Sadly as you would think if someone chooses to do business with you you would want your employees to treat the customers with kindness and respect
So that's my take on things
Would love to be contacted by someone who actually really cares

It’s frustrating that when I leave my vehicle for the day at 7:30 it can’t be ready by 3:30 or 4 . I’ve had to leave my car overnight because I wasn’t able to get a ride later than that. I ask when I leave it if it can be ready. I’ve left it twice now- the first time it was in for new pads and rotors. This time tire change and state inspection. I set up my appointments well in advance. This is a first world problem but it is inconvenient- my wife has missed a doctors appointment and we have had to rearrange our afternoon plans for childcare. It feels like the customer needs are ignored.
The service at heritage ford is never like this.

Brett did a great job expediting my service. My original plan was to drop it off for the day but he said it should not be more than 1.5 hours so I took the chance canceled my ride and logged on in the lounge for work. Brett had my car to me about an hour later making my day easier not having to do the car/ride juggle.

Poor communication, insanely offensive cost for materials. You should be ashamed of yourselves for ripping off your customers.
