Admir replaced my brakes after having been in for service/inspection and never hearing that the brakes were needing to be replaced soon. I appreciate that he covered the cost, whether that’s acceptable from the Heritage standpoint or not. It went a long way in restoring my trust in Heritage when I bring my car for service. He also took the time to explain why your text invoice is different than what is actually charged. IMO that shouldn’t be automated until the amounts are consistent.

The service took much longer than expected - about 4 hours for a 110k service, inspection and addressing a high-pitched rotational squeak/squeal that started immediately after our last brake service. I was told that the squeak had been fixed by cleaning and servicing the rear brakes. This surprised me, as it always sounded to me as though it was coming from the front. In fact, the noise hasn’t been fixed. It’s still quite loud, especially when moving at low speeds in a parking lot or pulling up to a stop sign. I assume it’s the front brakes, as the noise changes and sometimes goes away when the brakes are applied.
