When I left the car for the day at 8am I discussed specifically having a State Inspection done. It was not. The car was there all day. I paid to rent a car.
No inspection was done so now I need to bring our car back in and rent another car because of a needed second car a Grand Hylander is on order with Heritage and is now in month 6!

There was a significant scuff on the left front bumper that occurred while my car was in for service. The person who helped me knows about it and took photos. Also, whoever put the all season tires in the back of my car got dirt everywhere in the trunk and scuffed the sides of the interior. That cleaned off with a wet rag but still, very sloppy. This is my first time at your service center. I used to go to Berlin 802 Toyota but since I bought my car with you I assumed I’d get service there too. I’m uncertain if I’d go back. My car was in worse shape after leaving your care then when I dropped it off.

I was a “wait” appointment first thing in the a.m. for my first 5000 mile service on my new car. I was there for 5 HOURS! This is a tire rotation and fluid check plus installation of the cargo net that the vehicle came with. Windshield fluid was empty and left that way. I was told by my service advisor Admir that my car was never processed. I went for an update on my car and that is what triggered them noticing nothing was happening with my vehicle! I will never make a “wait” appointment again.
