I would have liked an update that my car was done. I also would have liked to know you needed to replace a bulb for my VSI. I would have done it but it would’ve been nice to know it. I was also charged $2.41 for a “customer pay non-itemized for repair order.” What is that? I will have to say though Admir has always been polite, respectful and a good service writer.

I was five minutes early but waited almost 15 minutes to get in the door and checked in. That I could have dealt with. The service provider informed me that service would take about one hour to complete. I was fine with that too. I was finally informed that my vehicle was ready 2 hours and 15 minutes after my appointment. That I could have dealt with as well, although an apology for the twice longer than expected wait time would have been the courteous thing to offer. (I appreciate that you guys are really busy.) When the service provider handed me my invoice to sign, I noticed that the charge was $20 more than the woman stated on the phone when I made the appointment. When I mentioned this to him he immediately got upset with me. He was rather impolite and rude with the things he said. if he had felt the need to be upset at all, he should have chosen the phone person who confirmed the rate which, incidentally has been the same for as long as I can remember.

I purchased the car new and it had problems with the brakes which were never corrected. It cost me a lot of money that should never had happened. I will never buy another Toyota. In my lifetime I bought three Toyota Camry and a RAV4. I brought my RAV4 today for maintenance and for inspection sticker and once again to receive my inspection sticker it will cost over $600 . Shame on you!!
