When I was sent a report and a charge for $2200 of repairs, I asked Charity for a video of the multipoint inspection and was promptly ignored yesterday. I asked because I got one last year for the multipoint inspection and found it very helpful. When I asked another person today (Kate) she was very helpful and said she’d look into it. She, too, thought it was weird I didn’t get any videos or pics. I know Charity’s video was working because I got one video when she checked in my car - she just circled the exterior once. The only reason for my dissatisfaction is the lack of transparency in what repairs I needed and the lack of evidence for the insane bill. Also Charity initially overcharged me by $20 for the inspection and tire rotation, which the person helping me today kindly corrected. Shoutout to Kate by the way she’s been incredible!

Hello. Picked up my tundra after maintenance service today to find on my way home that something abnormal is happening with my fan. Loud rubbling sound. The cabin air filter was changed so it probably has something to do with that. I called and spoke to I believe Jessica who said bring it back tomorrow for attention. I will follow up on that. Kind of an inconvenience but I know your service department will take care of it Thanks. Chris

Misinformation on my paperwork. For example my mileage in/out was from a previous work done in May. Timely communication was lacking via text messaging. Requested multiple times that I wanted old tires disposed of but they were in my vehicle at pickup. Multipoint inspection had info from work done last May so I have no confidence on accuracy of info on the report.

My possessions in the center console were mixed about, some of my personal items (that were stored in the console) were on the front seat, my sunglasses had been worn and were smudged up on the lenses, the plastic cladding that covers computer access was not snapped back to place and my hood was popped at pick up. I will never take my car back here. My privacy was violated and the brutes that worked on my car tore **** apart and didn’t put it back together. I understand that safety recalls aren’t a money maker for you guys but this experience was highly discouraging. Because of the lack of care shown I lack confidence that the safety recall work was done correctly. Charity and Toby are the two shining stars that touched my vehicle.
