The tire pressures were set at 37-38 psi, the frame placard clearly states 33 psi all around. During my previous service, the pressures were set at 40 psi, a potential safety issue during prolonged driving on the interstate? When I tried to point out the various maintenance recommendations for the 30,000 mile service, the intake person did not seem very interested. At this point, I do not have a lot of confidence that my vehicle is being serviced properly.

I really really hate bringing my vehicle in to you. I only do it for recalls. Yesterday was just a continuation of the nightmare that it is to deal with your organization. Nothing against Frank, he did his job, and he had to put up with me, but in general, I feel like your service doesn’t care about customer experience. And I won’t buy another Toyota even though I love my truck.
