The communication could have been a lot better. I felt like I was having the one to initiate the communication regarding of what was happening with my vehicle. It took 3 days which I think it should have only taken one day to get it accomplished. Understandable if they got backlogged a little bit but going on 3 days is is a little much, especially if I'm the one who needs to figure out what's going on with my own vehicle. Usually the customer services top tier but this round just happened to not be. The price was reduced due to the incompetence of the communication which I do appreciate very much.

Thx for getting my car ready. I am curious about the trade in value at this point, however it just may be that because it has such low mileage for its age and has been garaged and serviced by Toyota from the start, it may be worth more to me as my own vehicle than as a trade in.

I’ve been without a media player for nearly 3 weeks. After explaining at length what was going on, I waited 2 weeks for an appointment. I waited 90 minutes to be told it needs to be replaced and they have to order it and will call to set up an appointment once the unit arrives. Translation-I’m going to be another month before I will have a working multimedia player in my NEW car that has 15,000 miles on it. Why wouldn’t they have had the new unit on order to begin with????
