3 hours and $150 to replace light bulbs is excessive! I question the comment by the technician that non factory bulbs were found. Vehicle was leased before my purchase from Heritage and I would be surprised if that owner replaced bulbs in such a short time of ownership and use. I am very unhappy with having to wait three hours and pay so much to replace a few interior light bulbs.

We had our 2012 Camry in your shop for pulsing braking. The front rotors were machined and supposedly cured the problem. However, the pulsing still occurred, and we had to return for another appointment. This time the rear brakes were replaced. This should have been fixed on the first appointment. It would appear that no test drive was done after the first appointment and front brake repair. This cost us the second trip to Heritage and loss of the use of our car for an additional two days.

After my service appt on Sept 17 I discovered that my white upholstery was dirtied in the process. When I pointed this out to Admir he assured me that Heritage Toyota would make it right. The following week he followed through with the arrangements, hence a second visit to the dealership for some detailing. I appreciate the accountability.

The service itself was excellent. I originally had an appt 9/23 @ 10:45. Last week, I called to see if I could switch to today. The man I spoke with scheduled me for 3:15 today. Then, 2 days ago, I got a text saying I had an appt 10:45. Again, I called. The woman I spoke with was v nice & said that she could switch til 3:15 today. I arrive today and the admitting tech told me my appt was scheduled for this past Monday 9/23. I told him the story. The person today and the woman on Monday both asked the names of whom I had spoken. ??????? I will make sure that I get names next time I make an appt. All that being said, I appreciate being accommodated today.
