While I fully realize and understand that the entire process of sending the bill and the opportunity for payment is extremely efficient and the younger generations are thrilled with it, I will share that I find it, as a senior, frustrating. Javin, however, did a GREAT job of doing as I asked, scanning the bill so that I could see the detail and then printing out for me so I could have a paper copy for my file…..yup, us seniors still deal with paper!!! HA!! Please thank him for me! Not only that, he recognized me as soon as I walked into the door to pick up the copy!! Great recall on his part!

Not Heritage Toyota or the service agents fault as they were great. Just I had a recurring indicator issue that couldn’t be identified and had to spend over 6 hours waiting for it to still not be resolved even though the rest of my services were complete within 1.5 hours and for a second time not having my VT inspection passed. Now I have to come back again on Monday to drop off my vehicle to run more diagnostics and get a rental vehicl and maybe this till they’ll indicate I passed my inspection. Mind you that this is a Toyota Camry so it’s not like this is an old vehicle.
