I made an appointment for an oil change and ended up waiting 2.5 hrs with my two young boys. What the point of making an appointment if I still have to wait that long? I’ve never waited more the half an hour for an oil change.

It was frustrating that my vehicle failed just because of tires, and when I brought it back I had to sit through your system, both to schedule the reinspect, and to wait on that day. I waited an hour and 45 minutes for One of your technicians to just look at the new tires and put the sticker in the window. I saved money because it was free, but I wouldn’t do it again.
