I asked Miles to have the balance checked especially on the tire with the broken sendi. Since the car shakes a bit at high speeds. This was not addressed or at least not mentioned on my receipt. I also told Miles I thought my warranty should cover it and he did not make note of that or check on it. Thank goodness the person you checked me out didn't charge me when I told them of the warranty. I'd prefer to stay with Caleb Longe as my service rep in the future.

I have a lot of comments. I brought my car in when it stopped feeling safe to drive, Thursday, Aug 22. It is a 2024 RAV4 Prime leased through Heritage. It has fewer than 10k miles on it. I was told that an appointment for Wednesday, Aug 28 was scheduled but since it was such a new car, they would try to get it in earlier. It didn’t get in until the day _after_ my appointment.
It was found that the subframe had become loose from the frame. I do not drive aggressively and, while I do live on a dirt road, it is nothing that a four wheel drive SUV shouldn’t be able to handle. My Kia Souls and a Prius never had an issue. I was told I’d have to pay $435 to remedy this because it was not covered by a warranty. When I insisted that was unreasonable, I was told I could get 50% off.
Also, when I picked up the car I realized that, while holding my car for 8 days, no one did the 10k mile service that I requested at drop off and to which I am entitled by leasing with you. I also believe that the effort it took to tighten the subframe would have been covered by that service.
Throughout the experience, I got almost no calls to update me or apologize for the delays. Even when I called, I rarely got a person to talk to and only occasionally got calls back, many hours later.
As a manager of a large IT team, I understand what it means to be understaffed and overworked. I was extremely patient, as I always am with service providers. But my staff knows communication is important, even if it’s just to let the customer know they haven’t been forgotten. But I can honestly say that I have never had a worse experience with having a car serviced. And, again, this is a car that I’m leasing through you and has less than 10k miles.
I would welcome an opportunity to talk to an actual person about this. If someone is willing to hear constructive criticism - not just complaining - I would welcome a call at ****-****-xxxx.

Still waiting to hear back from Admir after emailing and calling/leaving a voicemail for follow up after picking up the car. I also never got any notice from him when the car was actually looked at and ready for pickup, despite getting several calls earlier in the day with no information other than that no one had looked at the car yet. I don't know if it's policy to call so much with non-updates, but I left the car for the day and I expect to pick it up sometime from 4-5:30, and multiple calls just to tell me that no one has looked at my car and no ETA of when someone might look at it is just kind of annoying rather than helpful. At the end the tech finally got to my car right before closing and wrote that they didn't notice any oil leak, but to me under UV light the dye streak from the dye they added to the oil is pretty obvious, so would like to know whether the tech missed looking at it under UV (oil leak is slow and not very obviously wet under the layer of dust from the summer) or they have some other explanation for the streak of fluorescence under UV. I emailed Admir the pictures I took of the glow under UV as well but no word by email either.
