I had brake work done yesterday morning, and noticed my front driver side wheel cover was missing after returning home. Perhaps it was not secured sufficiently after the work was finished. I left a voicemail yesterday morning but have not yet heard back. My question is, if the wheel cover was found at Heritage yesterday, which I could then come in to pick up, or if Heritage would reimburse me to replace the wheel cover on my own? Thank you.

Service advisor was great! But the guy that drove the truck out of the check in area was crabby and not friendly at all didn’t say one word to me, even when I ran back to grab my cellphone I apologized thinking he would say no biggie but he just looked at me and didn’t say a word. My thought is if you are going to work where there is constant customer interaction you should be friendly and best to fake a smile even when having a bad day. Also my truck was clean when I brought it in but to my surprise I had dirt all over my center console and grease on the floor mat.

The girl who I spoke with and helped me was very nice and did a great job. However my vehicle was given to me with oil stains on the hood and on driver door. My steering wheel was moved out of position. My temperature setting was turned off but also changed which was unnecessary. And the inside of my car smelled like gasoline. I was forced to purchase a driver side wiper blade when there was nothing wrong with it—my car only had 15000 miles on the odometer. I won’t be returning to Heritage. Poor experience.
