Any and all experiences I have had with Heritage Toyota have been excellent. With the exception of when I went to drop off my vehicle for service, I understand it was 5:15 and closing is 5:30 but instead of simply being able to drop off my keys I was asked to fill out the drop off envelope for the box outside.

I bought this car from you alll- brand new in May . I thought I schedule my service through the app And I hear a noise in the front left which I still hear, so I wanted that checked plus my free service be cause the car is new . I was charged $70 to have someone say they couldn’t find anything , When the final bill came it was over $200 because the appointment was not done correctly and my tires didn’t get rotated and they were trying to charge me for the oil change and 1/2 hour to diagnosis even though it should of been free . So now I have to come back again to tires rotated . I should have not had to pay anything because the appointment was scheduled incorrectly and it’s a brand new car I purchased from you !
