Javin again provided great customer service. I already scheduled my next maintenance appointment. He reassured me that he was confident work would be done by end of the day. He confirmed with me the hitch removal and discard since he was not present when I dropped my car off over the weekend. He stated the hitch was still good but I decided to have it removed. I had faith in his words and just waited for the call for pickup. I am reminded that it takes a team to complete work and repairs. I am thankful from the service advisor to the maintenance techs for getting my car fixed. Today, I noticed my brakes are working better now. I will definitely be bringing my car here instead of Handy even if I have to drop it off.

I had my car inspected and who ever did it forgot to change the sticker and when we picked car up they could not just put on the sticker so we have to drive back to you on Friday to get sticker. Very sloppy service with little follow through. disappointed with this on who ever screwed up. one job to do and couldn't get it right.
