This has been an exception to our general 18 year experience with Heritage Toyota, which has been disproportionately expensive but mostly reliable. This is hands-down the worst experience we’ve had with any service department. Ultimately, Kate C helped rescue the situation and Javin worked to remedy the numerous mistakes and poor communication. In the end, management heavily discounted the tech labor portion of the terrible experience and we have a driveable car.

Your service department lost track of my truck for 6 hours. Unfortunately, apparently, the service check in of my truck at 10:00 am wasn’t completed properly. So my truck was essentially abandoned/ignored until4:00 pm when I inquired and it became clear that my truck wasn’t in the system correctly. This was my first experience with your dealership. I am a Wisconsin native, but beginning this year, live 1/2 time in Burlington, so Heritage Toyota is my Vermont Toyota dealership. I am extremely disheartened by this experience.

I never do this, but my appointment for an oil change was for 1:45 pm. My truck was on the lift after 3:00 pm, and completed at 4:00. I understand your techs are doing the best they can, but two-plus hours for an oil change make me want to go to Oil-n-Go next time.
