I was hoping to have had my vehicle fixed on the day the appointment was made. I should have asked when the appointment was made what to expect when the vehicle was dropped off. I did not expect parts to have to be ordered after the vehicle was inspected by the technician and a second appointment was going to be needed to repair, I assumed Toyota would have the required parts on site for the repairs. The service department was very good communicating and keeping me informed and I appreciate that.

Work did take longer than expected. Would have liked more communication on progress. Satisfied with quality of work performed on the brakes and truck bed latch. Tire sensor was not replaced. Biggest disappointment was deciding not to have Heritage replace converter shield that fell off because of a $600 estimate for a $40 part requiring 4 bolts. Told the service person I would buy a part on line and install it myself.
