Throughout the process of booking my appointment and receiving this service, my estimated charges were shown to be about half of what the actual charge were. At no time was I made aware that this estimate was unusually low or that the actual charges were going to be higher than this estimate. The service experience was good, and my memory of past service for this vehicle informed my expectation that the estimate provided was very low. Other customers may want to challenge this as a practice since it is misleading.

I like the video by the tech regarding the vehicle but I couldn’t understand what he was saying due largely to the amount of background noise and him not speaking directly into the mic. I still find this video helpful just wish it was easier to understand

Overall much better experience than last time and I know the things that are making my experience bad are not very controllable but I called and told the service advisor what was wrong with my car and then I brought it in just for them to tell me what I already knew was wrong and tell me the parts wouldn’t be available for two weeks and I would have to do this whole process over again, frankly it was an udder waste of my time. I understand that you can’t trust the word of the customer and just take my word for what was wrong and order the parts but I dropped it off for the whole day so they could look at it for 10 minutes. I just wish the parts were ordered ahead of time when I called two weeks prior to my appointment date to make my appointment and when I told them what was wrong that way I only had to come in once. The parts that I would need I am sure would have found another home quickly if I was wrong in my diagnosis which I was not. Understand that this is policy. Just frustrating and feels like a waste of time, just tell me to bring it by for 10 minutes to confirm my diagnosis next time order the parts then so I don’t have to do the whole day ordeal

Caleb was fine. It's so clearly a management/leadership and process issue at Heritage. Like many customers, it's difficult to orchestrate a day without your car and a lot goes into it. When it ends up being all for nothing that is frustrating. If Heritage doesn't have time to look at a car on a particular date than simply don't schedule it - and definitely stop pretending like you actually did anything with the car during the day when so clearly you didn't. I've overlooked a few other issues in past years, and obviously returned this time. That will not be the case moving forward, though as one final comment - I'm extremely confident that nobody at Heritage will care (or likely even read this). That part of your business has become very clear.

I may had a moment of frustration but the pleasant and courteous team when I called set my mind at ease and once again I had my vehicle serviced and problems taken care of in a timely manner.
