Caleb was excellent. I had a prior service plan at another dealership and he went out of his way to look the plan up and talk to his boss to get my service covered. Really appreciated this.

I am mostly satisfied with my service experience.
learned that my Air conditioner was not working in March. I brought it in for service. They added dye to the system and recharged it. The AC was working. The service rep, mentioned that the vehicle should return to have the system checked for leakage, but there was no effort made to schedule that appt. In June I began having electrical issues and that problem was quickly solved. At this appt, the AC system was evaluated and I was told that they found that they needed to order a part, or parts, for the AC system. I was not explicitly given an estimate of time frame for acquisition of the part, but it was hinted that the part would arrive soon.
On July 14th, while in Boston, the AC system stopped blowing cold air. We drove 4.5 hours home in 90+ degree temps with the windows down. I learned on Monday the 15th, that the AC parts would not arrive until the end of July or middle August. We have 2 long trips planned for this summer and the failure will likely need to rent a vehicle at significant expense to my family.
My dissatisfaction is with incomplete communication regarding the service.
