I’ve bought five Toyota pick ups from you folks in the last 25 years. I just spent $60,000 on a Toyota tundra and the paint is peeling off the wheel well trim and you folks and Toyota said it’s not covered. I mean we both know that is a load of ****.

At first I was. Then I noticed my car was in the queue of finished cars. I waited for an other half hour before my name was called. In the meantime, my car was removed from the queue and parked in the parking lot. I hope this does happen the next time I come in for service.

This was a problem that was not resolved in June 2023 when the vehicle was under manufacturers warranty. The problem, no air conditioning, was diagnosed correctly in May of 2024. I waited for close to two months for parts. I was assured it would be covered by the warranty. While it was covered under the extended warranty which I purchased at the time of car purchase, it should have been covered under the manufacturer warranty.
This is NO REFLECTION ON THE DEALERSHIP, it is an unacceptable on Toyota.

I had an appointment at 8am to get my car fixed which I had to leave at the shop. I had to arrange a ride, work around my job to get to bring my car in. They never brought my car into be fixed and had the audacity to ask to keep it for another day and bring it in the next morning. I am a single mom who works, that is not a possible thing for me to do. I also could not accommodate that request as my job requires me to use my car and travel. They were able to do my oil change after I called back saying that is the least they could do. I was unimpressed. They didn’t call me until 3:15pm to inform me of all this. If a customer has an appointment they should honor it.

Nicolas Ledo was great and super kind. I felt like he actually cared about getting my car back to me on time which I definitely appreciated. I had no issue with his service.
I was just a bit upset that I was up front about when I needed my car back by and the foreman did not prioritize it so I was not able to get my car the day I expected. This in turn inhibited my planned travel and cost me money because of it.
