Because I told them the problem with the steering wheel but they said that everything is good with the steering wheel but still it has the same problem which is crooked normally when you get the steering wheel straight the have to go straight but with my car if you get the steering wheel straight the car goes right side if you get it a little bit left not straight the car goes straight

I keep my tire inflation closer to 40psi. He told me the tires were dropped to the standard 35psi. My inside display read below 30 and actual measure indicated such. I had to adjust them back to were I like them. I am not disgruntled but you asked.

Arrived at about 8:40. Was told that I would get a text confirming my phone number. (Fortunately a friend had errands to run in the area so I didn’t have to sit and wait). I was told that the service would take 3 hours. After I didn’t get a text by 11, I called. At about noon, I got a call stating that the tech who was supposed to be working on it didn’t make it in. I’d had an appointment about a month ago that was canceled due to staffing issues. I’ve been trying to get this repair done since last January.

My HVAC system still does not work properly. Please look at the service record for my vehicle. When I asked Brett if any more debris was found he said no. When I started the car and AC, large particles of debris blew into the cabin. Also, the AC is not cooling down to the degree it should. It has become a known fact among RAV4 owners that this is a design problem. Shame on Toyota for ignoring it. Shame on Heritage for not acknowledging the reality and acting as if the problem is unique to me and my RAV4. I am done with Toyota, done with Heritage, and will never buy another Toyota nor any vehicle from heritage.
