I bring my 2012 Toyota Rav 4 to Heritage because I know if the technician sees a problem he or she will let me know about it. I am a female senior citizen who drives alone a lot of the time. I want to be on top of any upcoming or needed repairs.
I had a great experience last summer when there was a serious problem with a rear knuckle joint. I had taken it to Handy Toyota and my local garage and neither of them found the problem. I took it to Heritage and your technician found it! There is more to the story but it is too long to write. I will say that I was definitely pleased with the outcome!!
One more tidbit. I drove a new Volvo S80 for 10 years and I totally love my Rav 4 way better!

Service notified me and I approved some additional work that totaled about $214. When I went to pick up the vehicle and settle up, the CSR person presented a bill for about $260. I questioned why the change in pricing. I showed the CSR my email approving $214 and he cheerfully adjusted the bill. Unsettling, as a consumer, when this sleight of hand happens. Coincidentally, a few days ago, I had a similar situation at Audi. They did nothing and got an earful.

Didn’t complete the work in the appointment time (4 hours vs. 1 hour), and actually didn’t do the requested work at all. Staff wasn’t honest with me about timing, so I wasted hours of a very busy day and money on cabs for nothing.
