I had a 9:30 appointment scheduled this morning. After almost 2 hours I was informed that my Tacoma wasn’t checked in. Call me if you’d like more details.

The parts for my car back order. But no one let me know. After dropped the car off for service then went home. I got the call for coming back to pick up the car, because the part back order. I do not have much time for something like that. I am Toyota loyal customer, but not happy at all.

If your goal was to ensure I would never return, you were most likely successful.

Nicely guided the work and validated the warranty work

Nicolas and his crew provided exemplary service on my Toyota Tacoma. From a long history of receiving service on my Highlander I have come to realize Heritage Toyota is the gold standard by which other dealerships look at as a model of customer service! Once again Yeam Heritage completed the job to a high standard of quality and delivered the service in a timely manner.

I was led to believe that there was a good chance that our extended warranty would cover the repair. This was not the case as Brett told me he called to see if the extended warranty covered it. This was the third time I brought our Sienna in for this repair and after the second time when they said the wrong part was ordered, I asked if I could have a courtesy car to drive as I typically have two of my children with me and we live 55 minutes away. The service guy said that was no problem. I was not under the impression that there would be anything I would need to do other than put down a $100 deposit for any damages to the car. The rental guy was very kind and helpful. He said that he understood that either my insurance or extended warranty would take care of the $125 cost of the car rental so I agreed and drove off. After Brett called to let me know about the fact we would have to pay for the repair, I asked for the cost to prepare me mentally as I was hopeful that it would be covered. When he told me the price, it didn’t include the cost of the car and I don’t recall being told that I’d be responsible for the cost of the rental. The rental guy assisted when I arrived back. I was very appreciative of his efforts but am frustrated about the lack of communication and transparency I received at the last three appointments.
